[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the assembly of this product seems a bit dangerous to me. The edges on the metal poles to be connected are sharp. They connect using the bottons that push in and then pop out when connected to the second pole that has two holes in it. They are a snug fit, so you need to twist them a bit to get them to fit. I felt a bit worried that I would cut my finger putting them together. As for the dry sweeper cloths, they attach to the base easily. just unfold, wrap around and press the corners into the cut outs on the top of the platform They work ok to pick up light dust or hair that may be on the floor. each cloth seems to do well on about a 10 x 10 area, but not much more than that. works best on smooth surfaces. I found that remnants would be left behind in the grout lines of my tile. These would be handy as a quick light touch up, though for normal sweeping, I would stick with my broom and dustpan. Perhaps use this to get the small particles left over from the standard sweep. For the wet wipes, I found it was not intuitive that the wipes opened up. perhaps if the flaps were a slight different color that would help. I do like that they have a scrubbing edge to them. Though I was not a fan that it was a bit of a struggle to get the platform to flip over (and stay flipped) in order to use it. Again, the wet wipe only seemed to last for a small area before drying out. I have a small kitchen, 10x10, and it needed 2 wet wipes to get the job done with only minor spots.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved that this starter kit included both the wet and the dry pads. This way you get to try both and see what you like and dislike about them. I used the dry pads first. They're great for getting up dust, loose dirt and hair of all sorts. For anything with more weight to it, you'll have to use a traditional dustpan. Next I used I the wet pad. It was perfect for my bathroom. My kitchen floor was a lot dirtier, so the wet pad didn't make it far before needing to be switched out. I think the wet pads are best for smaller cleaning jobs, like the bathroom, or to clean up a spill quickly and not so great for in depth, large space cleaning. I like how quick and easy to use this whole system is, but I hate how wasteful it is. I don't know if Swiffer makes resusable pads, but if they did I would be more interested in that than a pad that you use once and then throw away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Swiffer floor mop kit it comes in handy and don't take up alot room it glides on the floor nice and smooth it leaves my floor so nice and clean I definitely like the Swiffer floor mop kit because I don't have to touch the mop to ring it out I recommend the Swiffer floor mop kit

I bought a swifter sweeper and additional pads yesterday. I had to use x3 for each room because they dry out so very fast. The sent is nice but the film they left behind is not. I would not recommend this product for a thorough cleaning but maybe more for a quick spill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first got this, I had my doubts about the swiffer mop. But after using it, I was impressed. The little cloths that were in the sample pack smelled AMAZING. My home smelled so very fresh after I mopped. The only thing I did not like about it was the lack of "scrubability". If you have little splotches that are caked onto your floor, this device does not allow you to scrub as hard than if you were using an actual mop. The swiffer mop is great for homes who have minimal floor use and not for high traffic areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had a bit of a crowd over last night for our annual trim a tree party. A very hectic day indeed. I needed to buy a tree, put it up, prep food, and my least favorite…tidy up the house. I'm from the old school of cleaning (not sure why?) that if you don't get down on your hands and knees with a bucket of soapy water your floors will not be clean. So my tree was up, the food all done and all I have left were the floors. I took the bucket out and proceeded to fill with hot water and cleaning solution and my husband asked what are you doing?? They're only going to get dirty tonight anyway? He is from the school of “why make the bed you're only going to sleep in it tonight”. So I figured this was the perfect time to try out the Swifter. I have wood floors throughout the house. I took out my starter kit it was very easy to put together, put on one of the wet pads and did the floors in literally 10 minutes! I'm embarrassed to say how filthy the pad was. So much for the old scrub bucket The bonus part was the floors looked really clean, not streaky, and I also liked the nice fresh scent. It looked like I had done them my old method there really wasn't a difference. Since I was done so quickly I had time to treat myself to a nice hot bath before my guest arrived. A good time was had by all! Especially me 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good sweeper for light cleaning of hard floors to take up dust, dirt, etc., especially for keeping things clean between more thorough cleanings. The wet pads are not the best; a conventional mop or powered Swiffer would probably be better for wet messes. This sweeper definitely functions better as a dry sweeper. Overall, a good product to have around the house to keep floors from getting too dirty from day-to-day.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an almost 2 year old 170 pound great dane named Otto. Imagine a puppy bigger than a grown man. Last week we had almost 2 feet of snow and most has melted. You can only imagine the mud- add in a giant puppy (who thinks he is small) and you can picture how my wood and laminate floors looked this week. My swiffer wet and dry pack arrived just in time. My 10 year old daughter loves to use the wet pads to follow Otto and clean up his giant footprints. The dry pads are amazing in grabbing all the fall shedding in the dark corners and under my furniture. We have used the swiffer several time a day and even though I bought a very expensive steam mop recently, the swiffer is are day-to-day go to!

I was so impressed with how easy it was to clean. We both swiffered the floor and it not only did a great job but it was fun. My husband actually steam mopped the floor the day before so we were both SHOCKED when our swimmer pad was covered in dirt. 5 stars from this momma!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently put laminate flooring in on our main level where we previously had carpet. We have a dog that sheds pretty bad and it seems like there are always dust bunnies and fur balls floating around our laminate, which makes it look dirty. Using a regular broom just pushes it around and doesn't clean it up, so we were very excited to try out the Swiffer Sweeper to see if it would make a difference in the way our floor looked. The easy-to-attach pads fit nicely over the sweeper bottom and the handle easily expands and adjusts to your height, which is great since my husband and I are both different heights. We tried out the Swiffer on the flooring where there were a lot of fur balls from our dog. The Swiffer seemed to be a hair magnet! Once we pushed the base over where the hair was, it stuck right to the pad and didn't just get pushed all over the place. We went over our whole floor and when we were done, the pad was covered in fur and dust - and our floor looked amazing! The best part was the easy clean up - just pull off the pad and throw it away. That's it! No dust pan required. We were extremely satisfied with the Swiffer and will definitely be purchasing refills for this base once we run out!
