[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Swiffer when they first came out so it is the old one. I love it. It does a fantastic job picking up cat and dog hair. I use the swiffer to also dust the ceilings and walls. Just wanted to say thank you for making such wonderful products. I also use the long handled yellow duster - love it also. By the way my cats chase the swiffer every time I use it - so they must love it also. I believe they think it is their toy.

I have a bit of a cynical reaction to the commercial showing the ecstatic older couple using the Swiffer. Have you ever actually had an older person, possibly with arthritic fingers, try to attach the cloths to the Swiffer? I have difficulty - the cloths come unattached while I'm dusting, and I hate trying to push the wet cloths into the holes and getting my hands wet. How about clamps? I think a lot of consumers would replace their Swiffers with one that was redesigned to make it easier to use.

OMG, I have a Paint Your Own Pottery studio with laminate wood floors and have struggled for the last six months chasing dust bunnies with a broom or electric broom. I got the Swiffer Sweeper and the dry cloth works like a magnet. I get under the shelving units, under the tables and chairs, in the corners - it gets them everywhere! I can't believe I can finally be rid of those elusive dust bunnies, thank you Swiffer!

I have had this mop for about 6 months know, I love exspecially when you have wood floors, it catches hair, dust etc. This is my second mop, the only problem I have had the handle broke off. I dont press hard, I'm only 100 lbs. I would like to ask you if there is anything I could do to fix it, only because I dont want to buy another one. Thank You Tina

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kitchen floor is small but I am fanatical about keeping it clean. I sweep with a vacuum, then use my Swiffer. I am always amazed how much more I pick up with the Swiffer. Then, using the Wet Cloths I clean the floor. I am left confident that my floor is clean enough to eat off of and when grandchildren visit sometimes it is! So if you want clean, really clean, invest in a Swiffer. You will find it money well spent!

I am young but have injured both knees and now cannot kneel to clean the bathroom floors. I hoped that this product with the wet cloth would do the trick for me. Within one minute of using this product I knew that it would not clean dust, dirt and hair from my bathroom floor, especially in the tight confined space of the toilet room (my commode is in a separate smaller room off the main bathroom). Especially bad is that there isn't any flexibility in the head to be able to use it on the baseboards, where the dust and hair collect just as much as the floor. There is no substitute for a standard mop or cleaning on your hands and knees with a cloth and soapy water.

This product is fantastic! Word of warning though, DO NOT leave it on the floor with the pad on it as it will cause a white mark. Especially on wood floors. not even for five minutes. Had to use an SOS pad to get it off. I absolutely LOVE this product though!

I use this all the time, especially with the wet mop pads I have owned one for over 2 years. It's really convenient and easy to use. You literally just wipe the floor and when you're done, you throw the pad away no bucket, no water, no mess. The wet pads already come with plenty of liquid, so you don't need to add anything extra. It cleans really well and is perfect for quick cleanups when you don't want to do a full mop. Super useful and practical, especially if you're busy or just want something simple and fast.

I love swiffler products. I have whole range of swiffler cleaning items. Along with vacuum this is must have. Even after vacuum it picks up so much dust. I have this on every floor of mine. I always get lavender scent mops which leaves my home smells so good.
