Bounty makes a quality towel - no dispute there. But, when tearing the towel from a vertically mounted roll it almost always leaves a corner attached. That drives me crazy and it's a short trip! If they would perforate the sheets on an angle that would likely fix the problem. C'mon R&D, help us out!

As a 30 year-old woman with children and pets, I use a lot of paper towels. I have tried manyother brands to compare with Bounty over the years. For many years, the only brand with better quality product was VIVA but they are way too expensive. So I stuck with my trusted BOUNTY brand. Now I am disappointed with the products you are selling; it IS NOT what I would expect from BOUNTY and your prices haven't been lowered to match your low quality. Very dissapointed, Rebecca R.

The latest change to sealing Bounty paper towels is not good. I have had rolls where the glue has gone through three levels of towels. Trying to get the first row of towels loose is now really a struggle. It used to be easy as you would just put a finger tip under the edge and it would loosen. Now it is a struggle and I have wasted two and three complete turns of the roll trying to get the roll started.

I am more and more disappointed with the Bounty brand. They are thinner, perforation is almost laughable, they are getting rough, so rough I don't even try to wipe my grandchild's mouth. What happen bounty? Why are you treating faithful customers. I'm looking for a different brand

I love the absorbency of Bounty, but we have had rolls that have so much glue on the initial sheet that we have to literally tear the first or second sheet to get the roll to work. Also, on a number of rolls, some of the perforations have been so unfinished that the sheets will not tear cleanly.

We have been using Bounty Select-a-Size for years. There however seems to be some major issues with the perforations on the last large package of them that we purchased. The towels are very hard to tear, and are not tearing on their perforations. In fact, they hardly tear at all, period. So far, all 10 of the 12 rolls that we have used from the package are like this. I would hope this is not due to a change in manufacturing as grabbing a towel when the need arises is now very FRUSTRATING! :/

Your reduction of the # of sheets on a roll from 70 to 55 did not go un-noticed. As did the failure to reduce the price accordingly. Shame on you. I plan to tell anyone who will listen via social media and word of mouth, and will have to watch other P&G products for similar value reductions.

I have been buying Bounty paper towels for years. I always looked forward to all the holiday prints -- Spring/Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Cannot find them anywhere anymore. Very disappointed. I was always willing to spend a little more money for paper towels that added to my kitchen look. And I HATE pick a size! One is never enough, and even when you go to pull two, it breaks at one, so now you have two little pieces. I will now be looking for a different brand.

SO nice to finally get the Full Sheet paper towel. Then I was able to order it in a larger quantity..You would not think it is difficult to find, but in the small town where I live, all that is offered in our two dollar stores is the " Select a Size" and I do not care for that option.

Nothing cleans like Bounty! I don't have to use as many sheets as with cheap paper products and it makes Bounty a better deal. I like the Bounty Basic line because it combines value with the quality of Bounty I expect. Hands down it is my first, only choice for my family and home.
