I absolutely love the new Extra Soft Bounty towels. They are so nice to work with. However, I really would like to see Extra Soft Bounty in the select-a-size and printed as well. I was disappointed when I opened the select-a-size paper towels I purchased before Christmas and found that only the plastic was printed and not the towels. Please consider my above suggestions. I would only purchase Bounty Towels if my suggestions were implemented.

Products of P&G were the only ones my mother used; and I have been a loyal customer since 1978; but the Bounty of today, is not what I grew up using, nor what I bought for my own home. The issues are these: Lint, Absorbency, and Strength, "The Quicker Picker Upper" it isn't. I used to keep a roll in my car but have begun carrying utility cloths instead. Different is not always better; no matter what "Marketing" tells you. In my opinion you had the perfect paper towel hands down; how about bringing it back.

These were my favorite paper towels, and I recommended them many times. But, I recently purchased 4 packages, and they are most definitely NOT as good as they were. They are not as absorbent, and they fall apart with very light use. I feel obligated to try to contact everyone I recommended these to, and warn them. "People will forget what you said, they will even forget what you did. But they will NEVER forget how you made them feel."

I have considered writing to bounty for the last few years, and am finally fed up enough to finally do it. I have used Bounty for decades. They used to be a high quality product, but for some reason, someone decided to change enough things that the product stops to hold my praise. The worst characteristic since Bounty changed the quality, is that they are not nearly as absorbent as the Bounty paper towels of yesteryear. They used to be softer and much more absorbent. The next item of concern, is that they don't tear off well AT ALL. We buy the select-a-size, and either they don't rip off at all and the whole roll starts unwinding, or a piece tears off, leaving the rest of the sheet still on the roll. Please bring back the quality paper towels you once made up until a few years ago...I have been a very loyal Bounty user for over 40 years.

Recently we’ve noticed a serious drop in quality of Bounty paper towels. We’ve used them for years. The sheets have gotten smaller but more importantly, there’s a distinctly nasty odor. Seriously, they smell like urine. I’m definitely switching brands.

I have always only bought Bounty Paper Towels but with the price of the towels today I truthfully can't afford them anymore. I Luv luv them but you need to make big packs and stop making big jumbo prices that don't match size. 12 do not equal 24 and 12 do not equal 40 and so on. Stop that ridiculousness. I will stop purchasing Bounty and buy store brand along with thousands of my friends and strangers. Not everyone is Rich today. Please you will sell more is you lower your price. It's insane. Luv you to death Bounty. ❤️❤️❤️

We have been using Bounty paper towels for years. Recently we noticed that the quality is not up to par. They do not tear cleanly at the perforations which causes the roll to spin out extra towels. The absorbancy is not as good at all, certainly not as good as the commercials show. I can not longer clean my range or mirrors with them they leave huge streaks and smudges. The older ones were softer and easier to tear and worked just fine. Bring back the old version, please. Thanks for your consideration.

Bounty paper towels used to be the best. Now they are so flimsy that they are worse than the cheapest store brand. Even the cardboard roll does not hold it's shape! What a disappointment. After 35 years of loyalty it is, sadly, time to find another brand.

This grandma babysits two granddaughters 5 days a week. I use it daily for little spills, big spills and wiping faces and hands. Sure saves time and laundry. I wouldn't go without it. Activity time, the first thing the 6 year old reaches for is the Bounty. She loves to paint and use markers. Bounty has saved the day countless times. When we polish fingernails, guess what goes under their hands, you guessed it, Bounty. Those little hands don't hold still, so we've saved the table with Bounty. Of course the kitchen is probably the place it is used the most. It is great for wiping stovetops, countertops, even wiping off those leftovers off the dishes. It is strong and durable. Thanks Bounty. Can't live without you!

Because the paper goods manufacturers want to save money while still charging the same amount for the product, they have begun to make the product smaller while still packaging it in the same size boxes and wrappers. What does this mean for BOUNTY Paper Towles? It means quite simply that every time I pull off a towel, the entire roll comes falling out of the towel holder that just 6 months ago held these towels perfectly. I am angry and frustrated. Towel holders have a specific span, when the manufacturer narrows the product, the tool that holds the product no longer works! For crying out loud - is 1/4 inch REALLY going to save enough to make up for the ill will you are showing to your PREVIOUSLY LOYAL customers???
