This used to be the only paper towel I ever bought. However, I just purchased a two-pack and was disappointed to find the product has completely changed. It used to be just right in terms of softness and texture and was very absorbent. Now it has an unpleasant, rough texture and does not absorb. I am switching brands.

Has anyone else noticed that over the past few years Bounty towels have lost their absorbency and durability? I have used Bounty forever - since the time they first came out - and was a diehard fan for all these years. The current Bounty towels are awful. One sheet does NOT keep cleaning. Beware - this product is no longer what it once was. Very sad.

For years and years, I have always used Bounty paper towels, and we go through a lot of them. We've been using the "select a size" for quite a while now. I always buy them in the multi-pack of 12. BUT, I noticed the last couple of packs I bought, the quality has gone straight down hill to the point that it's not better than an off-brand paper towel, yet the price is still the same. I understand all companies are cutting corners these days, but these paper towels are so rough and considerably thinner, that I'm either going to try another well known brand, or get an off brand for half the cost. I'm very disappointed.

My hurband always folds up paper towels and puts them in his back pocket. I wash his pants and thought I had checked all the pockets. I open the washer to find paper towels alone with the clothes in the washer. They were not destroyed or torned. I decided to see if the;y would hold up in the dryer. They did. Wow! So I used them again to wipe up around the house.

Can't go wrong with bounty! Bounty works like magic to pick up any spills and helps clean well with cleaning products whether it's mirrors, windows, furniture etc! Yes, it is pricey especially now with covid but over all I recommend since it's 20x better than the cheap ones

The sheet is thick and have a good absorbancy We use it regularly in out kitchen to wipe off our counter or using as a hand towel. Especially for anyone that do cleaning regularly like me, this is the best!

At the start of the Pandemic, "Just-in-Time" inventory caused shortages of your product on retail shelves. Many people purchased extra rolls out of fear of lack of availability. If not another pandemic, it is likely some new major incident will occur, thereby again generating fear purchases. I encourage you to maintain a larger inventory in the future in anticipation of such events. With low interest rates, your cost-of-carrying-inventory should have been reduced. Please switch to "Just-in-Case".

In all sincerity the composition and texture of Bounty is not soft or absorbent as it was in the past. It is very stiff, rough and with that not as absorbent. It also is very abrasive to dry our hands with it. Please go back to original formula that made it so good.
