Thank you for taking the time to get in touch with us about the Olay Ultra Moisture Shea Butter Body Wash, and I do apologize that this body wash is not producing the right amount of suds. This is commonly caused by hard water. Water hardness can change with weather conditions and other factors, so the problem may seem to arise suddenly. Other causes include cool water temperatures and oil or grease on the skin. I'll be sure to share your comments on this with our Quality Assurance Department and the rest of our Olay Team.
