Please know, your 90 ounce bottle of Dawn Platinum should be the thickness you expect, as that's not been changed. It's possible your bottle was exposed to extreme temperatures. If that's the case, the soap could appear thinner than it was; however, it should return to its original viscosity once it returns to room temperature.
