We'd like to mention that a lack of suds doesn't mean that the product isn't cleaning your dishes. Even if there are very few suds, the solution will carry on cleaning the dishes If you'd like to increase the amount of suds, add the dishwashing liquid to the sink before you add the water, run your tap at high pressure, and swish the solution with your hands to get the level of suds you prefer. Hard water, which contains a lot of dissolved minerals, is the number one cause of reduced effectiveness. If you live in a hard-water area, you may need to use more dishwashing liquid. Another cause of dishwashing liquid not cleaning effectively is the water temperature being too low. Water should be 105 to 115°F (40.56 to 46.11°C). The viscosity of our hand dish soaps has not changed, Pen, and we're sad to learn the last couple of bottles you picked up up seemed thinner than usual. Sometimes, this happens if the bottle went through an extreme temperature change. If this happens, usually the soap will return to this regular thickness, but if it doesn't, it can affect the performance of the soap. We hope you'll give us a chance to make this right.
