I complained to my dentist that the mouthwash I was using stained my teeth. She recommended using Crest Glamorous White because it doesn't contain alcohol which is what stains them. I love that it whitens my teeth as well as rinses away germs.

This is a good mouthwash it freshens your breath the whitening aspect is not as effective as they say but I do drink a lot of coffee so maybe that's the issue. I recommend this.

I've been using it daily, and not only does it leave my breath minty fresh all day, but I've actually noticed my teeth getting visibly whiter within a few weeks. It's gentle, but still feels powerful-like it's doing serious work in there. The Arctic Mint flavor is refreshing without being overpowering, and it helps maintain that just-brushed feel.

I’ve used it for years as pre-mouthwash and it has NEVER made my teeth white. I used it daily while in the shower because i have a dry mouth. Additionally, they have stopped making the cinnamon flavor. Do not fall for their “whitening” lies! I’ve used the product for years and it never worked
