I'm trying to exercise and strengthen my pelvic floor as I approach middle age, but even with that effort, sometimes a sneeze, cough, or laugh catches me off guard. Sneaky leaks like that can put a damper on an otherwise good day. These discreet liners are almost life changing. At the very least, they prevent needing a wardrobe change in the middle of the day. I don't mind wearing this liner one bit either. It doesn't feel bulky or obvious in any way. They have not let me down once, yet are very comfortable and thin. Truly discreet protection!

They flex well and stay securly in place. They are comfortable. They absorb well and absorb quickly. They are working very well for my needs.
