These are so light that it's barely noticeable. They also don't seem to slide around like the moderate ones.

Longer liners feel more comfortable and feel like they are more secure in coverage, especially when moving around. The adhesive is very strong so they stay put once placed. They have a light fragrance to cover any odors, and while usually fragrance bothers me, this is so light that it doesn't. These are for small bladder accidents, and work well. The package can be saved to wrap them in after removal.

They are shockingly absorbent considers how thin they are. I was comfortable the entire time I was wearing it and barely knew it was there.
