I have used this product for a long time. I was very disappointed when I opened my newest package and was overwhelmed by the scent. I was glad to see here in the reviews that I was not "crazy" in that the scent was both new and unwelcome by many. One of the most powerful triggers for my husband's migraines is fragrances- both natural and artificial. I was forced to use the product for several days before I could replace them with a different product. By then the drawer and every item in it was saturated with the fragrance. Until the fragrance was added I was satisfied with the product, though I wished that it was longer.

Female incontinence seems to be a taboo subject. After having children and getting older, it's experienced by plenty of women, whether they'd like to admit it or not. those who don't have to go through it are fortunate!  I tend to keep a pack of these around for times when I am sick and coughing a lot, or know that I am going to be on my feet doing strenuous as activity. they are very thin and comfortable while being absorbent and odor protecting. Unfortunately, females in my family tend to have issues with their bladder so I knew it was only a matter of time before it caught up with me.. if it gets to that I need every day discreet will be my go to brand!

After having children and losing some control or my “functions” in certain situations (ie sneezing) I was using regular liners to play it safe but now that I’ve tried out Always Discreet I really have n worries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am 5’3 height and 142lbs and the long fits perfect. I always felt the liners were made too short for any size. Always was my go to brand because of its slim fit and high absorption for my menstrual cycle. This exceeded my expectations!! For such a slim liners absorbed my light embarrassing leaks. The liner Kept me feeling dry, extremely comfortable and very discreet fit. Always brand has mastered the ability to have the slimmest pads with the highest absorption compared to other brands . This will my forever liner!

I think if they were a bit longer, they would be perfect, because they keep me dry, stay put, and have no discernable scent. Overall, this is an excellent product, although not what I would classify as a long liner.

I can feel confident when wearing these and not have to worry about leaking if my period isn’t that bad. Easy to use and I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ugh, I didn’t realize these were scented when I chose them. I wish feminine products were never scented. It’s seriously not a good mix. I chose these to help with my light incontinence issues, like when I laugh unexpectedly, or sneeze, or during exercise. They performed well for those issues, but I got a UTI after the second time I wore them, and I’m guessing it was from the fragrance. I noticed some general irritation after the second time using them, so I stopped using it immediately and hoped for the best, but I ended up with a UTI. I have only had these 3 times in life, the other 2 while I was pregnant and always having to pee every minute. I might be willing to try these again in an unscented version because they are useful for helping to reduce embarrassing moisture from showing up on clothing, but I can’t do scented anything anymore. It’s seriously not needed, and makes the whole thing all the more gross by having the added scent. It’s also bad for your body to be absorbing in that unnatural scent on sensitive skin. No, no, no.

Always is the brand I use for regular pads, so I have no doubt that these will be just as good. I have myself and my daughter in the home that use pads so theses will be perfect for us.
