I can't speak for whether or not they help with leakage, but I did like that they didn't irritate my skin and kept natural fluids off my panties, which is great. I'll find a way to test these for leakage protection and update on my socials with the same name. These are a little bulky for my daily needs, so I'll be repurchasing the Always Xtra Protection Daily Liners, Long in the near future. Those are surprisingly comfy. I like that there long so they cover all your underwear, not just a small portion like others. They hold up really well so you don't have to worry about being embarrassed. They're discreet enough that I didn't feel them on throughout the day and didn't have to worry about it showing through. The long length is great for protection. I never had any issues with leakage. I always felt dry while using these. I would recommend to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clearly this is something we don't want to share with the public, but as I've gotten older after having 2 vaginal births and even doing exercises to keep everything tight, I still get some bladder leakage when I do something like jumping or running really hard. I play tennis, and that is the only time I find this problem to be a problem. I wanted something to fix the problem, or, well, catch it, and this fits the bill. I can keep them discreetly in my tennis bag or even in my tennis skit waist when I run the restroom, and no one is the wiser. Perfect solution.

I have tried both the Always Discreet Boutique Incontinence Liners and these Always Discreet Very Light Liners. The main difference is that the Boutique Liners are a little prettier for you to see when you put them on and cost a few pennies more. They are both very thin and light, yet absorbent. I have not noticed any odor at the end of the day when I remove the light liner. They are longer than regular panty liners and catch all the leaks. They are comfortable too. I would be satisfied using either one.
