I may have just found my need go to Always product for my light day needs. It’s amazing how many different yet similar items they sell these days for all our feminine needs.

I'm trying to exercise and strengthen my pelvic floor as I approach middle age, but even with that effort, sometimes a sneeze, cough, or laugh catches me off guard. Sneaky leaks like that can put a damper on an otherwise good day. These discreet liners are almost life changing. At the very least, they prevent needing a wardrobe change in the middle of the day. I don't mind wearing this liner one bit either. It doesn't feel bulky or obvious in any way. They have not let me down once, yet are very comfortable and thin. Truly discreet protection!
