I purchased these when I couldn’t find my favorite brand at Sam’s club any longer. They are comfortable and absorbent. They provide a measure of security when I’m at the gym or if I’ve waited too long to get to the restroom.

I had been praising Always Discreet Underwear as I have urination problems. Yesterday I was wearing one and before I could get out of my chair and get to the bathroom I started urinating and the diaper DIDN'T hold any of it. It ran down my leg, through trousers, and on the floor! They were put on the same way I always put them on!

They are not long. very disappointed with this product.

These pads are adequate but I prefer Poise brand. The sides do leak if damp which is not what I am looking for in a pad. Poise never leaked on the sides.The only thing I like about these is that the overwrap is not a bright color.

I love these incontinence liners. They're thin and long, but can last all day, if needed. They help withhold any slight odors, especially in hot weather.

These are perfect for me. They stay put, don't leak or tear and come off easy for disposal. I bought one for me and one to share with the female troops overseas.
