It stays in place, however, I would like it better if it had "wings" to help secure it to undergarments. While it did stay in place, I would feel more secure knowing it had an additional way to remain in place.

After having my kiddos, minor leakage ensued. I am overjoyed to find a thin, long-liner that solves my issues. Great product.

Longer liners feel more comfortable and feel like they are more secure in coverage, especially when moving around. The adhesive is very strong so they stay put once placed. They have a light fragrance to cover any odors, and while usually fragrance bothers me, this is so light that it doesn't. These are for small bladder accidents, and work well. The package can be saved to wrap them in after removal.
