I dont switch brands so i delt with thick pads n liners when i needed light ones .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are exactly what I needed to keep me protected! After 3 beautiful children my bladder just isn't the same anymore. I don't have issues often but jumping jacks are my biggest nemesis, I just have so many issues with that motion and it is embarassing. Now I wear one of these liners every time I workout and it keeps me completely protected and actually helps absorb any sweat from down there so it really helps keep me fresh. I throw it out after my workout and wow has that improved my confidence. The best part is I barely know it's on and you can't see it threw any of my workout clothes.

The pad was mostly made out of plastic, which is not good for my skin at all due to I normally prefer 100% cotton pads. It absorb some but there was still leaking. The size is like a regular pad and didn't fit me well, I usually wear bigger pads. For me it didn't do a good job, but for people with more regular or lighter periods it can be an option. I would just suggest for it to be more cotton based.
