I have used Bounty my entire life due to it being a high quality product. What happened suddenly? The last two packs I have purchased have been a disappointment. The towels are so rough and poor quality. It's worse than any generic brand. Why did you change the texture. I am forced to buy a different brand now.

I've been purchasing your paper towels since “I can't remember buying another brand”… BUT, your packaging sizes, description, specs, etc has made it nearly impossible for your customers to determine where (or size/sale price) they want to purchase your bulk packs based cost/savings!!! Never mind trying to figure it out with a standard calculator on our phones while in-store, it's almost equally impossible to figure it out while shopping online - even with utilizing algebra & calculus skills. Most retailers do not include total sq footage. Without that #, how are consumers even able to determine where/what size they want to buy your product to help them save money with inflation on the rise???? It becomes so frustrating which 1) leaves us to either guess at what size we want or 2) pick another brand. Having said that, how many customers are buying another brand because it's become a nightmare determining what size of Bounty is my best value???

I had bought only Bounty brand towels to clean mirrors, glass handrails and heavy glass showers, for the past 26 years since starting my glass business. I have always thrown away the first two sheets because the glue residue that smears on the glass. I don't know what changes have been made but I can't hardly clean anything without smudges now!!!

The new version of Bounty Towels is so different that I had to double check the packing to be sure I bought the Bounty brand that I have used for decades. The towels are stiff like cheap towels and are not absorbent. Shame on you, Bounty Towels. You have lost a loyal customer.

I have been using nothing but Bounty paper towels for 45 years. I don't mind paying more for them because they are (or were!) the best. My last purchase of 10 Full-Sheet Triple Rolls is awful. The towels have a much more "papery" and rough consistency, and they are not as durable. I noticed the difference right away, as soon as I opened the package. I then compared a "new" roll to a roll that I had remaining from my previous purchase, and there is definitely a big difference in the way the sheets feel. I cleaned my bathroom today with a "new" roll, and the sheets are definitely not as durable. The "old" towels felt and cleaned more like cloth and didn't fall apart. Did you think that your longtime and very loyal customers wouldn't notice? I am very disappointed and will have to resort to trying other brands. I've rolled with the various changes to Bounty over the years, but this latest change is the pits.

I just have to laugh reading these replies from Bounty, such as this: "We'd like to mention that in February 2023, we upgraded our paper towels so that they deliver improved absorbency. They have a clothlike look and texture to enable messes to be picked up more quickly & completely." In fact, this package I have just bought (in March) shows the exact opposite. These towels used to be soft, absorbent, sturdy, and even reusable--as in while cleaning a big mess, you could ring them out (even rinse them) and keep using them. Now they are stiff, rough paper... not "cloth-like" in the least. A long time ago, I tried out the "Essentials" in place of the Select-A-Size. I didn't like them and decided to keep spending the extra money to have a nicer paper towel that worked so well. It was worth the extra cost. What you have sold me this time is worse than the Essentials used to be, which makes me wonder what you have done to those at this point in time. Come on now. I've used this brand for decades, even when finances were extremely tight, and you've lost me.

I absolutely LOVED the Forever Rolls ! With a household full of pets I finally found a great roll of paper towels that lasted more than a couple days for a good price and now they discontinued them ! I knew it was too good to be true !!!!! WHY DISCONTINUE THE BEST PRODUCT YOU'VE EVER MADE !?!? WHY??? PLEASE RETHINK THIS DECISION!! BRING BACK FOREVER ROLLS !

I thought my husband accidentally bought a store brand paper towel, but was shocked when I realized it was Bounty's new triple ply select a size that we always buy. Good heavens… the Bounty paper towels are now very coarse, scratchy and worst of all THIN! They are less absorbent. A tissue would work better! Please, please change it back! We've been buying Bounty for decades, but I would be hesitant to buy it again if the quality does not improve. I called Bounty's 800 number to leave feedback also.

I am in agreement with previous reviews regarding the change of quality of Bounty paper towels. Besides the rough surface, I get frustrated when I tear a 'select-a- size' sheet, I'm left with a little "tail" on the next available sheet on the roll where it doesn't tear off cleanly. These towels no longer have my trust for any type of cleaning job because they fall apart and leave lint everywhere! Did you think the consumer wouldn't notice? I have been a loyal customer for decades and was always willing to pay premium because they out-performed all other paper towels. I'm sad to say that I will be researching alternative products. Procter and Gamble should be ashamed to put their name on this disgraceful product.

What happened bounty? The paper towels are now thin cheap garbage for the highest price on the market. Who thought this was a good idea? Your brand reputation will be ruined because of this. I might as well buy sparkle for this poor quality and save some money. Shameful money grab. Let me guess, you're going to bring back the old style paper towels and make a big fuss about it to make even more money?
