Please be assured that our products do go through many quality checks. We'd be happy to share some tips to help get the bottle back to spraying as it should! We suggest running warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. As well, make sure that the dip tube inside the bottle is facing the right direction and can reach the solution. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction of the sprayer, with the bottom of it in the corner. To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. We hope this helps!
