I've been a long-time user of Power Wash and absolutely loved the original formula and scent. The changes made this year have made the product nearly unusable. My dishes, despite multiple very thorough rinses, still smell of perfume/chemicals. So much though that it interferes with eating. Dawn Team- I don't much care that your focus groups gave you good feedback on these changes. Please listen to your consumers. I'm not willing to invest in other 'Scents' of your product if you will just change them in the future with no warning. I'll have to find another brand.

Dawn Powerwash Free and Clear earns its stripes with a refreshing apple scent that adds a delightful touch to dishwashing. The dye-free formula is a bonus, and whatever magic they put in it, this dish soap proves exceptionally effective at tackling tough grease and grime. I wish they would make this in a bigger size. It does seem to go quickly.

I bought this product on a whim as I usually always purchase traditional Dawn. I absolutely love the capability of the product and it will now be my standard however the fresh scent is awful. It smells like a really bad house cleaning product, not dishwashing soap. I plan to purchase one of the other scents next time if I can find them.

My Dad, who hates washing dishes, put me on to Dawn Powerwash. Went home for the holidays a couple years ago and now this is one of my favorite household items. I have no clue why all the negative reviews— I feel like those people are ones who don’t wash or rinse their dishes right away and let food stick on there for days. I love the fact that it’s more of a diluted mix than the concentrated drip version. People have no idea how much dish soap they waste because you only really need a drop or 2.

I use this cleaner for dishes and typical kitchen cleaning uses and am happy with the results. The most unusual use I have found with this product is that it is very effective as a bug spray. It literally kills them on contact and I feel it’s safer to use inside.

I didn’t believe it would work on our glass pan that my husband used to roast the piece of pork we had for dinner last night. Boy was I wrong. This product is fabulous. We sprayed— we ate dinner— we wiped the grease out of the pan. Can’t wait for him to cook something else so we can spray again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been trying this soap out for over a month now, and while it gets mostly everything, it has a very strong smell which burns my nose when I use it. I don’t like that. Not sure if I’d recommend this. I’m not even sure I want my kids to use it when they do chores. Too strong of smell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great product for those who don’t like scents or have sensitive skin. It is clear of all dyes and fragrance. It has a refillable package to save on plastic! I love the foaming action, and ease of spray. It gets things from table tops to clothes clean.

I love this stuff it’s so great for cleaning dishes that may have grease strains or hard to get stops that soap just can’t get ! Before finding this products I was a asos pad queen but that for sure mess up my nails but this stuff doesn’t . It’s affordable and it’s saved me a nail trip . So I would rather spend 7-10 dollars then a dollar on a asos pad and 70 dollar nail trip

I've tried this substantially since getting it. Compared to how it's advertised, it really isn't 'spray, let sit a few minutes, wipe and rise' at all. Does it work good for light cleaning like in a microwave? Sure. Does it work good for a fry pan with freshly burnt grease around the rim? Nope, still have to spray and scrub the pan with a scouring pad. Light grease in a frying pan? Sure, it takes it off without issues. Get better results soaking the pan in a sink with detergent and hot water.
