As well, we can assure you that our products go through many quality checks so that you receive the best from us. To ensure that you can enjoy the best results, make sure to only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. We can only imagine your disappointment with this, Jessica, and please know that this isn’t the quality we’d expect! We recommend that you make sure the trigger is unlocked. There is a cutout in the white plastic that shows a yellow marking at the top of the sprayer. The tip of the nozzle also has a cutout.  When those cutouts are matched up and the yellow shape is completed, then it is unlocked. If this doesn’t seem to be the issue, then please give us a call at (800) 725-3296 so that we can help!
