We suggest making sure to only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you're washing heavily soiled dishes, try letting the spray suds sit for 3-4 minutes before wiping and rinsing. When the cutouts on the top are matched up and the yellow shape is completed, then it's unlocked. Next, the bottle may need 3-5 full trigger pulls in order to begin spraying. As well, we suggest squeezing the body of the bottle while pulling the trigger, since this should force out any trapped air. We hope this helps.
