Horrible new scent.

I bought a new pack recently after having used this product for a few years and was disappointed that they changed the scent. It is an unbearable stink in my kitchen now. What a disappointment. Would not recommend.

Sprayer failure

I have bought this product often but I now have a sprayer that does not spray at all. I’ve resorted to pouring the product on whatever needs cleaning and then soaking the item.

We're sorry your Dawn Powerwash isn't working after changing the refill. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning it counterclockwise to release. Then, remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle.Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn clockwise to secure. Most importantly, ensure the dip tube and trigger are aligned. So we can help you further, please call us at (800) 725-3296 from 9 AM to 6 PM EST Monday through Friday.

Works as advertised great product

No scrubbing on the worst pans Great for bbq grill grates which WAS my most hated job they look almost brand new Powerwash is one product that does as advertised Needed this product years ago

Easy to clean microwave

I tried Dawn Platinum Powerwash on my much-needed-to-clean microwave. Fast and effective! Great time saver. Spray, walk away for 10 minutes and wipe. Clean as a whistle!

Better than I expected

I think it is a significant improvement over alternatives. Not perfect, but worth the price. Sometimes people expect miracles. In general P&G products are above and beyond.

Works on EVERYTHING!

I bought this many months ago and I NEVER thought I'd be using it anywhere but the kitchen. I swear I use this EVERYWHERE! It's like a MIRACLE in a bottle!

Works great

I have been using this product for months now and love. It really clean and you don't have to use much water. The only problem I have is its time to put the refill on and I cannot figure how to do it. Please send instructions

NOT FREE & CLEAR!!! also doesn't work as hyped

BEWARE this product is NOT truly free and clear. Read the very small print on the label! It's only dye free. The smell is "throat catching"! I will be returning it b/c it doesn't work well enough to put up with the side effects.

BEWARE! Free and Clear is NOT Fragrance Free!!!

For people with fragrance allergies, do not use this product. This is NOT fragrance free. Why does my dishwater need to be perfumed? Please do better. Either call it what it is, Dye-free, or remove the fragrance. Thank you for listening.
