My Dad, who hates washing dishes, put me on to Dawn Powerwash. Went home for the holidays a couple years ago and now this is one of my favorite household items. I have no clue why all the negative reviews— I feel like those people are ones who don’t wash or rinse their dishes right away and let food stick on there for days. I love the fact that it’s more of a diluted mix than the concentrated drip version. People have no idea how much dish soap they waste because you only really need a drop or 2.

I’m not sure if I got a bad item or what. But the quality of the spray trigger is terrible! It is like rubber, rips my hands up just trying to get 2 pumps. I have to say, I am so dissatisfied with the quality of the bottle. I’ve gotten better spray bottles from dollar store cleaning products.

I generally use Dawn and backing soda to clean my glass shower door but decided to use the Powerwash.......AMAZING.....SO FAST AND SO CLEAN. Then used it on vinyl floor where my husband but his muddy snow boots. One swipe and it was entirely clean. Forget the dishes.....this is my new favorite cleaning product.

So far I like this product. Which is amazing, since Im a Palmolive user. Right now the biggest complaint I have is that the neck of the bottle is too slick when hands are wet. It’s a little big & I have to use two hands to spray. This is especially difficult if hands are wet. Therefore, hard to get the entire surface sprayed. Needs ridges or something to better assist in holding while spraying. The bottle goes too fast, for the cost I expected it to last longer.

Best products to come out in a very long time! Not only does it works great on pots and pans, work is a great carpet cleaner. If you created a carpet cleaner that only uses powerwash ingredients, no water with round bristles instead of rolls, I would definitely buy it. Had a stain on my carpet for 3 years and now I can barely see it. My carpet looks great now. Thank you so much for this great product. 1

Dawn power wash you saved me from days of painting! I sprayed some kitchen cupboards I thought I was going to paint but after a spray it lifted the old latex paint right up. Took 3 bottles and two days but the are bright and beautiful now and no painting. Thank you!

This is my third bottle of platinum Dawn Powerwash. This is my second dissatisfied review to you regarding this product. The first complaint was regarding refilling the power wash bottle with refill product. It didn’t foam. Now I bought a regular power wash bottle n it seems the contents is only foam without any active washing ingredients!! I spray it on the sponge or directly and it has no cleaning power at all!! The foam dissolves leaving no dawn power behind!! It’s a farce. We are being misled to believe commercials that are misrepresenting this product. You can fool some of the people sometime, but you can’t keep fooling us forever!! Tried submitting a video as proof, but could not!!

The "free and clear" label is very misleading. The product contains "Fragrance Allergen(s) according to the ingredients list. I used it and wondered my hands itched and turned red every time. Why should my dishes smell like pears? I don't know, I'll never use this dish soap again.

Dawn dish soap has always been my go-to cleaner for dishs, laundry, and pets. Always safe. So why wouldn't power wash be the same. I am a new mom. I recently used dawn power wash to remove milk residue off my silicone breast pumps. Cleaned them beautifully. However, the next day I notice some of the milk smells weird. Then I notice my pumps smell weird. My daughter was crying in pain for most of the day and I couldn't figure out how the milk I had just pumped smelled bad already. It took a day to figure out the scent matched my dawn power wash. Before it's suggested I just didn't rinse them well, I have re washed them with regular dawn multiple times and soaked them in baking soda. The smell remains. I was forced to replace the *expensive* pumps. Needles to say I have lost confidence in the brand and won't be buying anyone more Fawn products.

I want my DIRECT FOAM back. The Powerwash is useless. It does not do what it's advertised to do. I still have to scrub greasy stuck-on food. The spray head is very narrow so that it takes quite a bit of the product for any kind of coverage. And the bottle is very heavy and awkward to use. Anyone without a strong grip is going to be apt to drop it. The DIRECT FOAM only took one squirt to clean a sink full of dishes; it cleaned better and easier; and never had to be picked up.
