They work like a charm. They are so thin and comfortable that I sometimes forget that I am wearing them. They are nice and flexible to that will fit any woman perfectly. I like that they are quite flexible and do not bunch while doing exercise or running around doing errands.

Anything else would be too much for this liner. It is small so easy to hide in a bag or pocket. They are individually wrapped.

It's a very good absorber and doesn't leave lingering odors. I like to take have them with me in purse or in the car as they are very convenient for someone that is on the go and don't want to carry any extra thick liners or are not very obvious to others. They can move if you are doing a lot of movement but I have found that using correct underwear that keeps them tighter can work, other than that I have never found any issues or experienced any problems wearing them for work day or going out. These keep me fresh and I love the clean feel after changing them.
