I love these liners because I wear thongs and the other liners are all just too thick and uncomfortable, or don't fit in my underwear correctly. With the birth control implant that I have in my arm, I bleed 24/7 pretty much, but it's extremely light and at times I go a few days without bleeding; with these liners, I barely feel like I'm bleeding at all. It's still a big annoyance, but I'm at least comfortable and my underwear is protected. I've tried cups, tampons and all of that, and for my situation, this is the best since it's very minimal spotting, but is still there. These are the thinnest liners and are so comfortable, I'm so glad to have more options. They are also great for backup protection for tampons/ menstrual cups.

Always Thin Daily Liners are super thin, comfortable, and perfect for everyday freshness. They stay in place well, feel breathable, and are great for light protection. Very convenient packaging. Without any science what is important for me. However, they’re not ideal for heavy flow. A great choice for daily use! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I use these as a backup against leaks from tampons/menstral cup. As others have said my experience with these has been terrible because they do not protect from leaks. I have purchased them several times because they are conveniently individually packed for storing in a purse or back pack and are very thin/flexible. I am however moving on because enough of this terrible design is enough! The most important area they lack in is their job at protecting light leaks *** the leak proof layer is not throughout the entire length of the pad*** So if you are like me, a spot on the front of the pad it will go through to your panties and if it is heavy enough to your pants. This has happened to me every time I have used them despite changing them frequently. Even with the lightest of spotting if it is not directly in the center square it will leak through.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After trying the Always Sheer Dailies, I would recommend them to friends and family. They are very thin and attach well to your panties. Once it's on, you can't even tell its there! It definitely helps keep you dry, but I'm not sure it does a lot more than a regular cotton panty. I think that these work better with satin panties or others that don't have as much "breath-ability". They don't have any negative side effects that I experienced. I would definitely recommend these to women who are in hot/humid areas a lot or sweat a lot. I think they are great to wear during a workout to keep things fresh. I can't wait to try them when it gets warmer to see what benefits I can experience during a humid Maryland summer! Thumbs up, so far!

Not for heavier days, that’s for sure but on the occasion I need them, they work well. The wrapper is not super loud either which is nice for privacy in public restrooms.
