It's your standard panty liner. I always purchase the Always brand. Great for lighter period days or just to have some daily protection.

These are thin and stay put. The wrapper is easy to separate from the liner. The adhesive does not leave a residue.

They work good as a pantiliner they can be a little on the skinnier side so definitely something to look out for when buying
