Definitely, my go-to panty liner because it is thin and absorbent. The scent isn't overwhelming with is good for your health. 

Ya it does what it needs to! The "clean scent" is there and does smell quite fresh, definitely effective!

I use daily and helps keep everything clean! Wish the back half was smaller so it fit in a thong shape but love them none the less.

These liners are extremely thin. Which makes them great for everyday use. They are absorbent easy to use. Great to use.

these never leak. i have a light period so i use these and they always work for me. i recommend these if you also have a light period
