These are great everyday liners. I use them when I'm between cycles and when I'm on the lighter days of my cycle. I forget that I'm wearing them. Depending on the material of my underwear they will move around so be aware.

They are incredibly comfortable, provide great protection, and the individually wrapped design is convenient for on-the-go use. Great go daily wear if needed. Non-scented. Though the adhesive does leave a bit of residue on the underwear sometimes.

These are nice and thin so they are very discrete and you don't feel like you're wearing anything. They absorb your spotting and or discharge easily and don't leak or bleed through.
