Yes they are helpful. These are good products and it is perfect for the days you needed the most and at most comfort. Easy to carry and safe. Highly recommend

I use similar always dayly and they are amazing . Can't without them. Smell nice give you comfort , freshness and daily protection. Is the perfect size and not fill you wearing them.

These are very light and thin, while still being protective. They never peek out of my underwear and are unnoticeable. I don't even feel this liner there and would recommend for lighter days of flow or overnight wear.

I use these during the days leading up to my period, during my period and on the last few days of my period to catch any spotting. I like the fact that these are wrapped. Makes it more sanitary to carry

I'm a very big fan or absorbent and was very uncomfortable. The liner didn't fit and kept moving. The packaging is pretty good and doesn't really have a scent. I don't really recommend these.

These are great for when your reaching the end or when your menstrual cycle just ended. They’re comfortable and stay in place. The packaging is thin and the liners are breathable.
