I'm a petite woman and find this product fits my underwear much better than those meant for heavy flow. They adhere to my underwear well, even when the underwear bunch and twist, (seriously, I'd pay real cash for panties that don't climb up my tush!) Take the time to place them in the proper location, so the hourglass shape makes it more comfortable, while still providing protection against leaks. I use these liners as backup for tampons and at the beginning and end of my cycle, when I'm not sure if I'll have spotting or not. My flow is much heavier after having a child, so this extra protection is needed.

These are so comfortable that you sometimes forget that they’re there. They are very thin to the point that sometimes you might think it’s a little too thin if you realize you just got your period. But it’s great if you know that you’re wearing it just to protect your underwear from any little thing.

I’ve not had use anything like this in 20 yrs I’m only in my early 40s now having go thru early menopause I had use something for couple days so my daughter brought me these she loves them for light days I will agree they are not noticeable there comfortable don’t know their there they don’t bunch up and they stick very well don’t have worry about coming off I like the fragrance free but you still get hint of baby powder and they don’t break us out best part little package it so easy to pick down in your purse or whatever not take up room you carry the hold bag not know it and it’s cutely designed to

There was no issues and I honestly forgot they were there. I liked they are slim and sleek, but sturdy. I didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper, but I had the confidence of knowing that I was protected from any "mishaps". I would want to know that I am protected and can go on with my day and not worry about break through.

I like how these are so thin and give protection for spotting or those other little discharges that happen when you get older and after kids. But I don’t like if your exercising or sweating the pad no longer sticks to your panties. Other than that I would recommend these for those little moments.
