The Olive wasn't too much and overbearing with the other ingredients it was just right. Packaging is always eye catching and the left over can always be stored in the glass bottle.

It feels light but still flavorful and satiating as full. It goes well with any kind of noodles or add ins and doesn't take away from any of the other foods flavor. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Ragu Old World Style Traditional Sauce to try out. After I open a jar, I always taste it to know what flavors I am starting with. This Traditional Sauce tastes nostalgic in that it reminds me of what I ate on my spaghetti as a kid. This is a mild, slightly sweet sauce with light ingredients. This will be a good base sauce for picky eaters that do not want a lot of seasoning. It is also something that you can dress up by adding fried onions, mushrooms, and bell beppers. If you want a more flavored sauce straight out of the jar, then this would not be for you. I have so many recipes that I can use with a Traditional Sauce, starting with a pasta bake being my favorite. It makes a quick and delicious meal. You can use Ragu to simmer in meatballs for a sub sandwich. Today, I made eggplant parmesian that was covered in melted mozarella and topped with Ragu Old World Style Traditional Sauce. It was delicious. The sauce gives it the moisture and a thick tomato accompanyment that it needs. It is the perfect companion for this dish. The sauce is supposed to be made with Olive Oil, but it doesn't say this anywhere on my bottle, and the ingredients only lists a soybean oil. I'm not sure if this version is supposed to be "with olive oil," but my review is based on the Ragu Tradional Sauce that I received.

The natural flavors create a smooth and delicious classic Italian taste. It needed to be more thicker of a sauce then I am use to but that was a easy fix, I just added more hamburger, diced onions, and garlic. Over all the sauce was really good everyone enjoyed their dinner. Taste was good, easy and quick to make, and enjoyed that this is made with no artificial colors. flavors, and no high fructose corn syrup. Highly recommend trying!
