I have always only bought Ragu. It has always been my favorite! I just bought some and went to eat it and thought perhaps I had bought the wrong brand by mistake because it did not taste right. I double checked and sure enough I bought what I usually buy. It tastes horrible and I will not be buying Ragu again until the recipe goes back to what it was! I now have to try to find another brand! This makes me very sad as I have always loved this brand.

The sauce was mailed to me in secure packing and arrived without incident. Ragu is always a great value and I appreciate that the sauce can stand alone. It had a smooth texture and could go from from jar to plate. It had great flavor and didn’t need to be doctored to enjoy it. The list of ingredients is clear and certainly set my mind at ease. I’ll definitely be buying more to keep in my pantry and am also excited to try their other varieties.

Plain awful, thought I missed something while preparing my sauce couldn't figure out why the flavors were completely off, till I read the bottle, with olive oil. I've looked for the original traditional recipe, i find that it isn't sold anywhere. If RAGÚ could bring back the original traditional option as another option that would be amazing. Till then I won't be buying !

The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it lacks the depth and complexity of a homemade or premium sauce. I almost always find myself adding a little extra garlic powder, oregano, and a pinch of red pepper flakes to really make the flavor pop. However, as a convenient and affordable base, it's fantastic. It’s a great value and a product I will continue to keep on hand for quick and easy meals.

The ragu traditional sauce used to me bing go to! I didn't like any other pasta sauces nearly as much, but now with the gross "new and improved" olive oil recipie.... it's not even tolerable anymore, there's an overwhelming amount of sugar, onions, and garlic now. Ragu why "fix" something when it's not even broken to begin with?!

They don’t like it too chunky and want to like the taste. My kiddos loved not only the smell but the taste of this sauce. I’ve been buying g different types to see what they would like but this one is their new favorite. My 7 year old needs to see me pour this in his pasta or he will not eat it. Not insanely expensive and absolute delicious, highly recommend!

I have been using this sauce for my pasta dishes for 20+ years! My grandmother used it, my mom used it, and now I use it. I am in love with the flavor of this sauce! I've tried other brands a couple times only to be disappointed and to run right back to my tried and true favorite! I love making my own ground beef with fresh garlic and salt and pepper and adding it to the sauce. It's delicious!!!
