[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yummy! I used vegan meat and made a bolognese sauce, and it was so good. Everyone enjoyed it, and it didn’t need any extra seasoning. It’s rare to find a good sauce that doesn’t require extra salt, but this hit the spot.

What a disappointment! This was a staple in our household and has always been a great tasting basic spaghetti sauce. Unfortunately you've changed it and now it's horrible. I didn't realize it had changed until I tasted it. I thought I had an expired jar! Sour, bitter, with a little bit of sweetness is how I'd describe the flavor. It left a terrible aftertaste in my mouth.

I opened a big jar, poured it into my meat and tasted it like I always do. It tasted horrible. I then smelled it, and as another reviewer said, I immediately thought the sauce was bad. I checked the date on the jar to see that it wasn't. Had another family member smell it, and they agreed it smelled like it was bad. Had I not poured the whole jar into 2 lbs. of meat that I needed to make lasagna, I would've tossed it all in the trash. Will not buy this new recipe again.

We have tried many types of pasta sauces and find that Ragu brand is one of our top favorites. I purchase the brand at least once per week and when I purchase it I usually purchase at least a couple of jars at a time, just to have on hand. It just makes your pasta taste better. I would highly recommend it to anyone that loves pasta.

I used this sauce for over 20 years the last couple of times I couldn't figure out why my lasagna isn't tasting like it's usual and here I found out you changed the sauce and added olive oil and it tastes horrible I am so disappointed now I have to start looking for a different brand of sauce after using Ragu for over 20 years. HORRIBLE!!! Go Back To The Original Recipe!!!

I have been using this sauce for my pasta dishes for 20+ years! My grandmother used it, my mom used it, and now I use it. I am in love with the flavor of this sauce! I've tried other brands a couple times only to be disappointed and to run right back to my tried and true favorite! I love making my own ground beef with fresh garlic and salt and pepper and adding it to the sauce. It's delicious!!!

I have always been hesitant to try this because of how cheap it is. I didn't think the ingredients would be healthy, and from the looks of it, I thought it lacked flavor. I was wrong. I thought this was pretty decent. I enjoyed the real tomato flavor, with hints of garlic and other herbs. I am happy I tried it because I will now buy it again. It is cheaper than most other brands, there are other options for this brand as well that I will be trying. If you haven't tried this because you too had the same thoughts, I recommend that you do.
