I used to use Ragu for years on a nearly daily basis as my sauce of choice. Like many others this change put me off from Ragu. I am hoping they bring back the old recipe even as a different skew. I didn't realize of the change until I had to trash dozens of bottles because of the change. I finally got around to putting a review here hoping that Ragu would have made a change by now.

It was great on top of pasta but would be an amazing addition to a lasagna.I would highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this RAGÚ Traditional Sauce to whip up a quick shrimp pasta dish and it did not disappoint. The flavor is rich, slightly sweet, and perfectly seasoned , no need to doctor it up. I just poured it straight into the pot (video proof attached 😉), added some sautéed shrimp, and let the sauce do its thing. It coated the pasta beautifully and balanced the seafood flavor without overpowering it. Super convenient for a weeknight meal and honestly, it tastes like I put way more effort into it than I actually did. Would definitely use again, especially when I want something easy but satisfying!

Its been awhile since I have had Ragu but this Old World Style Ragu is delicious. I like that it is not a sweet pasta sauce like some jarred sauces are. Its cheap and makes a great quick dinner!

The meal I made was a baked penne recipe I found from one of the subscription meal services. This jar was the perfect size to pair with the recipe and everything tasted great. I will likely choose this again, should we need a classic tomato sauce.

It's delicious and full of flavor with out any of the heartburn. It taste like someone made it from scratch my family loves it.
