Very smooth texture. It has the all taste of a traditional sauce. You can taste the onion but not overpowering. Doesn't have a sour taste or an after taste.

Love this pasta sauce. Please please please please bring Ragu back to Canada. I have been eating Ragu for yearsssssssss. I love your pasta sauce and can't find anything that taste as great as RAGU.
