The ingredients are clean and the sauce comes in a glass bottle. The texture and flavor are outstanding compared to many other sauces I’ve tried. Without a doubt, Ragu is the best!

I've been eating traditional Ragu since I was a kid (I'm 53 now). This is horrific. It has a sharp, acid flavor, more like a tomato soup then a slow cooked sauce. I've judged every sauce I've ever made or tried against the old style Ragu, I loved that flavor. This is how you kill a brand.

I will buy Ragu again IF you go back to the original recipe for Ragu Traditional and a bunch of people agree with me here. The first thing I noticed was the color was off and I then the taste. I've used it three times and very bland and disappointing which is NOT Ragu. Ragu Old Word Style Traditional has been my go-to sauce for many years and I usually just add a sweet onion. I had to add ketchup to the last batch of spaghetti. Please go back Ragu! Don't be the New Coke!

As a busy mom of three young kids between 1 and 6, I’m always looking for quick and affordable meals to make that everyone will eat. Pasta is a staple, and this sauce is the perfect choice for my kiddos. The texture is smooth, so even the pickiest of my eaters readily enjoys it! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally am not a huge fan of Ragu. But this pasta sauce was actually really good. Paired with simple spaghetti noodle and some ground meat. Or even over some breaded chicken on a bead of pasts would be real nice with this sauce.

What happened to my favorite sauce?? It's horrible. It was my son's favorite and he ate it all the time....now he hates it. Please bring back the original sauce. I see everyone agrees that this new sauce is horrendous. Hope you listen to your consumers and bring back original before you lose your loyal customers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my first time trying the Ragu old world style, traditional sauce, and I have to say, it's pretty good! The ingredients are all natural ingredients: tomato puree, soybean oil, salt, sugar, dried onions, dried garlic, spices, garlic powder, and onion powder. It cooked super quickly and evenly. It didn't get burnt to the bottom of the pan. I did add some basil and oregano from my garden to give it a little bit more flavor, but overall, this sauce is good on it's own. It pairs perfectly with pasta or even as a dipping sauce for bread.
