Italian sauce is a long process to make and this one is simple to pour out of a jar! It has 40 percent of your daily value of vegetables! Great for kiddos who don’t love veggies!

I have loved traditional Ragu sauce my entire life. I literally have all the labels framed in my home and years worth of students I’ve heard my Ragu stories. Why on earth would you change the traditional brand so drastically? It’s flavorless and ruins anything I add it to. Please go back to the original brand as an option why oh why would something so popular for so long no longer be available?

I have used this sauce for 39 years always loved it but now that you have changed it ,it does not taste the same. There is hardly any flavor no rich tomato taste like before. It also leaves a funny taste in your mouth. I beg of you to go back to the original recipe. I am forced now to try other sauces.

My mother used this, I now use it and my two daughters use it. We all love this product. Our grandchildren will not eat any other spaghetti sauce. However, now it is impossible to find in Ontario. I hope this is just a production problem because of Covid and will be in stores soon.

Have used this sauce for years and didn't notice that the newest jar said "improved recipe" and "now with olive oil." The "improvement" is anything but. It now has more "stuff" in the sauce (an issue when your children are not on board with visible chunks/bits). But the flavor is NOT improved. It almost tastes rancid to me. Don't fix what isn't broken.

The price is exactly where it should be and I love that you can close the bottle up if you don't use the entire thing. This is absolutely a staple in my house and will always be.

My family eats a lot of pasta, so we have tried almost every brand of pasta sauce. Ragu is still one of my favorites. It always gives my pasta a great rich flavor. The old world style traditional sauce has a good blend of the tomato and spices that give the spaghetti a great flavor. I love that you can also buy these in a bigger jar. The standard size jar for most sauces, doesn't seem to have quite enough in it. Overall I was very happy with this product and will definitely be buying it again.

When I first saw "Now with Olive Oil" on the side of the Ragu bottle, I was optimistic about Ragu making changes to the only brand of pasta sauce that I eat. I even tried to convince myself that it wasn't that bad and that I even enjoyed it a little. Only now after scavenging grocery stores and gas stations to find the old recipe is the truth apparent to me. Whatever changes that Ragu has made to the traditional pasta sauce recipe has left them with an inferior product. It is too sweet, has a terrible aftertaste and is just plain gross. Please bring back the old sauce or at the very least give us a choice. I can't eat my pasta without it.
