The sauce taste great with any Pasad dish noodles and or ravioli. I also like that it contains 40% of your daily vegetables!

Ragu Traditional is a reliable, inexpensive sauce that works well as a base. It’s not fancy, but it’s customizable. If you’re willing to add your own seasonings or mix it with ground meat or veggies, it can hold its own. On its own, it’s serviceable but unlikely to impress a serious sauce lover.

We made manicotti using this sauce and it gave it a better flavor than the store brand, and even a more expensive kind we wanted to try. Next time we will be using it with spaghetti!

It could just be me, but it was easier on my tummy, too. I guess because of the olive oil in it. Either way, I would recommend this sauce to people.

I was dismayed when I discovered that Ragu had changed it's Traditional Style sauce last year. I have a significant garlic sensitivity and the new recipe has more garlic in it and I can no longer eat it. At that time I was happy to find that Ragu sauce with meat was unchanged, that is until recently when I discovered that the meat sauce recipe has more garlic now too. This is the only spaghetti sauce I have purchased for over 30 years and unfortunately I will no longer be buying it unless the company offers it's original recipe once again. There are a lot of people such as myself who have a sensitivity to garlic and it is a shame that Ragu will no longer meet our needs.

While this sauce is good for adults and we enjoyed it with our favorite pasta, our sauce aficionado in the household is our 4 year old. He has thoroughly enjoyed the sauce - it has good flavors (not too sweet or salty - well balanced) without being too esoteric which is good for everyone.

Don't you make a sauce anymore that doesn't have garlic, (allergy). I thought it was original Ragu I had used for years, but can no longer find it. Am I mistaken Or was it Traditional all along without garlic. Why change a product when it was so perfect before? This version isn't up to par.
