I've usually had good experiences with Ragu, But most recently opened a jar of Ragu traditional old world style and came across what appeared to be fish skin in my sauce. It was very unappealing and distasteful to see (see pic). Not what I was expecting and would really encourage higher quality controls when sealing a product for consumer consumption.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a jar sauce, not very good but ok for weeknights when you don’t feel like cooking. I used this for ravioli and moss sticks, it actually does ok with a homemade mozzarella stick. I’d prefer something a bit more flavorful.

I use it in penne, spaghetti, lasagna, and primavera. It is my go to red sauce for any Italian dish I make. I love the robust flavor and the hint of sweetness that makes Ragu so amazing. It is my favorite red sauce. I highly recommend! It is the only sauce I use. I love it!

The tomatoes they smash up is good. The Italian seasons they put in it is wonderful as well. I always use this sauce over pasta.

Even better is that it is so well blended there are no chunks of any kind! I for once don’t have to worry about a random tomato chunk in my kids spaghetti causing a riot at the dinner table.
