I have always been a ragu girl I've made spaghetti with it for as long as I can remember and I'm 52 but the recipe or something has changed it is off and not in a good way. Please please go back to the original recipe my favorite has been chunky tomatoes garlic and onion...but but now I really have no desire to eat spaghetti because y'all spaghetti sauces is no longer the same please change them back don't mess with perfection

The sauce is absolutely horrid. When they changed and added the olive oil to the recipe it taste like the sauce has gone bad. Please go back to the old recipe. Can someone suggest another brand of sauce that is comparable. I didn't really like Prego either.

I like to add some fresh garlic or herbs to give it a little extra kick, but it’s great as-is too.

I would Definitely by the old world traditional again, however there is absolutely no way I would ever buy the new recipe again. How is it possible that they do away with that was so good and replace it with something that is so terrible? Sounds like a bad corporate decision to do away with such a good product without trying a new replacement recipe on a smaller scale before hand. Nothing like shooting yourself in the food. Hopefully they will regain their senses and bring back the good stuff

I have loved traditional Ragu sauce my entire life. I literally have all the labels framed in my home and years worth of students I’ve heard my Ragu stories. Why on earth would you change the traditional brand so drastically? It’s flavorless and ruins anything I add it to. Please go back to the original brand as an option why oh why would something so popular for so long no longer be available?

Have used this sauce for years and didn't notice that the newest jar said "improved recipe" and "now with olive oil." The "improvement" is anything but. It now has more "stuff" in the sauce (an issue when your children are not on board with visible chunks/bits). But the flavor is NOT improved. It almost tastes rancid to me. Don't fix what isn't broken.

I received a free product coupon for free from Viewpoints for a free jar of Ragu Old World Style Traditional Sauce for a honest review. This sauce is a very basic sauce to use for many different pasta dishes as well as pizza. We used it for a pizza sauce. I ended up adding garlic powder as well as Italian seasoning to the sauce to give it a better flavor. I think it would be a better sauce if they added more spices such as garlic and Italian seasoning to it. It is a better sauce compared to many of the products on the market because they use sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup to sweeten their sauces.I was previously aware of this sauce before purchasing this product and have ate it before in the past. I would recommend this sauce to anyone that is interested in tasting a very simple sauce that tastes good.
