They are baby wipes. They aren't much better or much worse than any of the other many brands I have used.

These tend to tear a little more than I'd like, but all-in-all, they get the toosh clean. I don't like scented wipes, so these are pretty awesome.

These work great with huggies pure and natural diapers when my toddlers sensitive bottom gets a rash!
