I didn't feel gross or uncomfortable wearing it. They are soft and have great coverage. I've recommended these to a few of my friends already! I'm thinking about switching to these!

With my size, petite, the pads I tested were a little too wide. Poise makes fine products. I am an avid user. For the woman who wants extra protection without wearing bladder underwear.
