With the FreshSense system I didn't have to worry about leaks or odors. I like that Poise lets you pick the right fit and absorbency level for your body. The 20-count pack is a good value, too. The fit is very nice, the absorbency is great there is no scent or odor which is great and durability is perfect. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for something in this area. I do not use these on a daily basis but when I do need them they do the job perfectly

The sticky part STICKS, if you accidentally stick the flaps to each other, you may have to rip the pad to get it off. They are a little bulky but I promise you can't notice through pants.

As a women it's not very flattering having the “diaper look”. So these were perfect and fit so well without giving that “diaper look”.
