Surprised it felt natural- not too thick and didn't feel like I was wearing a pad. It has a front and back so you know where to place the pad- clear concise directions. I have a problem with moderate bladder control so when I cough laugh or do yoga sometimes I have leakage- this poise pad was extremally absorbent and had no leakage and plus side kept me dry and no urine smell- Highly recommend.

Not only does this pad hold in liquid without leaking, but it also fits nicely and comfortably. It has nice packaging. It helps you to feel clean, dry, and fresh. It does well to hold in odors. It does have a fresh sense padding in the middle for extra protection, which I really like. I'm overall happy with this brand as I think it's durable and holds up very well.

You can see from the pictures posted with this review, the actual size of the pads. They have a bit of a curve on the sides to stay snug with no leaks. There are six sticky strips along outside to adhere to your panties. Absorbs with no odor. Made in the USA with domestic and imported materials.

I say this because I find myself wearing pads more and more, even between menstrual cycles. Case in point, we had a girls weekend this past weekend and in anticipation of uncontrollable laughter I put these to the test. I am not a small fry, and could definitely stand to lose some weight. Normal pads tend to crinkle up into a skinny pad bunched to the middle of my undies. Poise pads fit perfectly with all of my curves and thighs that tend to be the culprit that squeezes the normal pads. With all of the laughter there were a couple times that I was SO glad I had these on, keeping me perfectly poised, comfortable, and dry with no worries of a bunched upload causing leakage. I definitely recommend giving these babies a go! Especially if you're a chubby, as I am.

I use them at home during the day or if I was going to be away from the house for shor periods of time. Overall I was satisfied. I think personally I would prefer something a little longerm especially for over night or if I was going to be away from home for long periods of time(I am a large person). Also, Id do like "wings" to help anchor the pads to my underwear, and these did not have them. But overall I was satified with them.

Thanks to these Poise Originals Moderate Absorbency Regular Length, I felt so much nicer since it wasn't too tight and uncomfortable for my own thighs.
