Completely will buy from now on. My daughter even agrees with me. We both heavy bleed and appreciate a great product that helps thur the day. I didn't have to worry about leakage while wearing this product definitely would recommend to any woman to use. Not too thick nor too thin. Perfect fit to size. There comfy to wear, I can move around without my pad moving or getting uncomfortable. Absorbs great which is great if you have a heavier flow.

Very comfortable not too wide and they dont feel bulky which is what I was concerned with originally. Very pleased. Poise has yet to let me down over the years!

(but I did till I found Poise) These Poise pads have been a game changer for me. When I first get my period, I have a very heavy flow & I'm always scared the pads won't be able to keep up (most don't even for very short time frames) The Poise pad not only was able to keep up I didn't have to worry about leaks or changing my pad every hour either. These pad are very absorbent. I was able to wear one for 4 hours w/out any issues on my heaviest day. Other pads I'm lucky to get a hour use from a pad before they start leaking. The coverage of the pad is ​amazing. It's actually was big enough to cover everywhere needed & isn't big and bulky. These pads are better than most super Absorbenct pads, there's more coverage, & much smaller

The stigma with Poise is that they're just for old ladies with bladder problems, but they're a fabulous option for females of ALL mature ages, now. I was thoroughly impressed from packaging all the way to performance!
