When you click on this item it pops up with a "video" available. The information you will receive is deceiving. It leads you to believe that this product is the "Real Fit" product by Depends when in fact it is not. It's the standard Depends brief with the waffled pant. My husband only likes the Real Fit brief as it is soft on the skin and looks like real underwear. This is not by any means a bad product if you are satisfied with the regular briefs. Just don't be fooled into believing you will be getting the Real Fit brief.

im a stroke survivor and use these sometimes, they work great for the money and a lot better than hospital adult diapers I've been using these for years and had accidents in them, my only critique is the back should be modified tighter and more rounded to catch the accidents, other than that they are well worth it and hold up good so im giving a 9/10 they work great for moderate accidents and usually i make it to the toilet knowing that if i don't hold it i can easily pull open the sides, I've learned not to try and take off the same way put on as the accident will spill onto the floor or get on me, these imo should work great for Grandma and Grandpa who are older and they do have them for women as well😊

goodproduct overall and better than most i have tried. i still on occasion overnight if i had a heavy flow and did not wake up i did have several times where i leaked out the sides. during the day no problem just at night on a few times i did have that problem

I buy these for a loved one. I've never tried any other brand. These fit great and are super absorbent. I ask my loved one if they irritate him and if they're comfortable...he has no complaints. There are no leakage issues during the day and they absorb well overnight. No worries with odors as long as they're changed within a reasonable amount of time. They protect the skin and there's been no incidents of skin irritation. I've been buying Depends for over 3 years. They are very well worth the price. I would never compromise comfort and reliability for a cheaper brand. Definitely, give Depends a try.

I am using Depends for the first time to cope with the side effects of radiation and surgery for cancer. They are reliable, easy to use and invisible under clothing and very reasonable for the quality of the product. I was apprehensive about using them but am very pleased with the product.

Please pull up the pants they are extremely helpful for my fecal incontinence because I'm a adult baby I always have accidents of number one and number two every day and night especially when my stomach hurts makes me have accidents this product really helps

While selecting these for my Father I measured his waist and verified the recommended size range. Rechecked directly on their website to assure a comfortable fit. Yet, they were far too small and uncomfortable. The S/M is tiny as my Father is worryingly thin. I cannot speak to absorbency or quality but as a caregiver- you need to up your game on sizing guidance. I will respectfully decline the request to send 1 to 5 photos, to detail the problem as was requested.

had surgery that left me incontinent for several weeks. these work well although they did itch abit after about a day of wear. but worked to contain those accidents. fits like regular underwear and not bulky baggy. the guy smiling on the package cover is happy because these things work.

These are very absorbant and easy to use. Comfortable. The only con is in the sizing. There are only two sizes: S/M & L/XL. The S/M is too snug and the L/XL are a little large. There really needs to be an inbetween size (M/L). That would be perfect. Irregardless, these have been a real lifesaver for my hubby. As for the length of time we've used this product, I'm not sure. I bought them the first time I saw them, and we have used them exclusively since that time.
