Need to be larger

Fit fair still need to get larger size I am a 52 and it needs to fit better xxl is my size.

Happy to hear you found them comfortable. For Fresh Protection™ Underwear the long pad inside the underwear is meant to be worn toward the front, since they are designed to absorb urine. Hope this helps.
