These are great if you need more protection than a pad/guard will offer. Very discreet and low profile. Definitely not for night time use if you have zero bladder control. S/M fit, Large leak less. I have a 36 waist.

this underwear is just like the less expensive type . it doesnt stay up . after about a half day if sitting and walking it is down around your crotch.
