In order to use these I needed to cut off the elastic sides to use them. They are very awkward to use this way, but worth it when the issues arise. A third or even fourth size is needed to cover the larger population.

comfort, protection good. As a smaller man the fit inbetween the legs is a bit big and rubs a hole in it's absorbent pad. Also the waist comes up to high. overall the best product I've used so-far
